Judith Everitt has quickly risen up the ranks in Ray White to become an Elite member of the Ray White group. As Runner up Rookie of the year for Ray White New Zealand in her first year, and gaining Premier Status eleven months after starting her real estate career, Judith is a person who keeps her eye on the ball.
With a solid personal history of investing in properties in St John’s Park and Meadowbank over the past decade, Judith understands the delicate emotional process of buying and selling your home.
Judith has a professional yet relaxed approach and depends on good old fashioned qualities of trust, integrity and an essential dash of humour. Judith has lived in the Eastern Suburbs all her life - she grew up in St Heliers. She now lives in Remuera and has an appreciation of the unique qualities of all that the Eastern Bays suburbs has to offer its residents. She has two daughters, Mackenzie who is studying at Auckland University Engineering School, and Georgia who recently completed her final year at Baradene College. Judith loves the community spirit of the eastern suburbs, and convenience of the location.
Judith’s past academic qualification (a Masters degree with honours in geography) has been invaluable for an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the procedures and processes of local and regional authorities. She has followed the Auckland Unitary Plan since its inception, and has been an invaluable resource to the local community, holding regular educational seminars on the changes.
Ten years in the recruitment industry and another 10 owning and running a family import business gives Judith exceptional insight into the people-skills and empathy needed for real estate marketing and negotiating. She instinctively knows how important it is to genuinely listen to what her clients want and deliver the result they are looking for.
At the beginning of 2016, she took on a full-time sales associate as part of her commitment to maintain her level of service and attention as her business has grown. Together they continue to provide her clients with service well before, and well after the sale.
