Being the CEO and leader of the team at Ray White Mission Bay, Stonefields, St Heliers, Kohimarama & Greenlane is for Wayne the right place and the right time.

His base skills – management, discipline, providing training, business acumen, sales, negotiation, auctioneering, academic knowledge and practical application are only the platform for the service he provides today to his team and their clients.

Wayne clearly sees his role as a servient leader. Bundling his skills together, Wayne’s greatest growth has been in the last few years as a leader who serves and grows his team members. Stepping up from management to leadership has been his greatest business achievement to date.

Wayne commits to a number of overseas training sessions each year all designed to improve his own leadership skills and hence improve his value to his team.

In the last five years Ray White Mission Bay has doubled in size.  Current projections and tracking have it on target to double again in the next two years.

With clear strategies for the growth and development of each and every salesperson, the business is clearly experiencing exponential growth.

Along with growing the business, Wayne has been refining his natural talent as an auctioneer.  In 2014 he was recognised as Ray White New Zealand’s Auctioneer of the year.  After three years it’s a title yet to be relinquished.

As an auctioneer Wayne will deliver every last dollar to the maximise the value of client property.  Wayne calls approximately 400 auctions each year, negotiating and closing around $20,000,000 in sales every week.

With a great team at work and a full family (five girls) Wayne is more energised and enthusiastic about real estate and the potential in the people he works and lives with than ever.

A valued member of Maguires One Team, Anya’s motivation to achieve exemplary customer service stems from her highly-respected past career in the banking and financial services industries.

Originally from Russia, Anya worked for a number of years as an accomplished mortgage consultant and financial analyst before emigrating to New Zealand in 2014. Her strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills were highly valued in her subsequent roles in the fitness and motor vehicle industries in Auckland. Intensely committed to the client experience with a solid analytical and pragmatic nature, Anya’s move into the world of property and real estate marketing with Ray White was an easy progression she’d been considering for years.

Anya has the innate ability to build rapport and understand clients’ needs. She is regarded as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and as a natural negotiator is calm and focused under pressure through what can potentially be a complex and stressful phase. She values the importance of listening intently to buyers and sellers and with her worldly self-assurance, tact, and diplomacy immediately puts clients at their ease.

Anya, who is fluent in both Russian and English, has embraced the Kiwi lifestyle and enjoys travelling to discover more of her adopted home country. As a qualified personal trainer, Anya prioritises her health and fitness and is a regular at the gym.
